The complimentary insured storage service for gold, silver, and platinum is exclusively available for items purchased from Auronum. This offer does not extend to bullion already owned by clients. The following terms and conditions apply. Full terms and conditions are also applicable.
The free storage offer is valid for any product purchased through the Auronum website. Currently, there is no maximum value limit on the stock that can be stored on your behalf.
Auronum will cover the fees for storing our client’s bullion, making this completely free to our clients. This is because once the bullion is in storage and the client wants to sell, they are more likely to sellback to us rather than request delivery to sell elsewhere which provides Auronum with repeat business.
It also allows us to cater for buyers who want to own physical bullion without the security risk of taking physical possession of the metals. We believe that the benefit to our business over the longer-term will outweigh the third party storage fees that we pay on your behalf, hence why this service is complimentary.

Selling Back –
When selling your stored bullion back to Auronum, there are no additional fees for full or partial sales, regardless of the order size. Proceeds from the sale will be transferred to your designated bank account within one working day of receiving your sell instruction.
Requesting Delivery-
You can request physical delivery of your stored items at any time. A £50 fee applies to cover the insured retrieval service from third-party storage.
Standard delivery takes up to 5 working days, though this may vary due to the nature of the goods being stored in third-party vaults.
Deliveries are limited to £50,000 in value per parcel per day. Orders exceeding this value will be dispatched in multiple shipments over multiple days.
Single deliveries above £50,000 require special arrangements via a high-security vehicle, incurring an additional charge.
Deliveries are only available to your UK-linked account address.
Personal collection of bullion from storage is not permitted.
Certified proof of ID is required to verify your linked bank account and address. This will be requested after your first storage order is placed.
