The Gold 25 Pesetas was used as currency and so the majority of the coins that survived until now are in a circulated condition. The coin has an atypical size, weighing 8.06g of .900 fine Gold. The total fine Gold content for the coin is 7.254g
The 25 Pesetas has an offcial mintage of 29,837,750 coins, however it is unknown how many survived the test of time. Despite the high mintages of these coins, they are relatviely uncommon in the UK bullion market
