The Honduas Gold Cinco Peso is a numismatic treasure which was struck at the Tegucigalpa Mint in Honduras. A larger mintage is reported for this type of 1,275 but given the scacity of the Gold Honduras Cinco pesos coins it is beleived that the actual mintage is much lower. 1,200 examples are reported to exist bearing the 1913 date but given how infrequent these deonomiations surface, Auronum believes the cinco pesos is far rarer than suggested
These coins are extremely rare with most investors not aware of their existance. It is unknown how many coins survived but what is known is that many survivors have issues with scrapes and/or harsh cleaning. Mint state examples are known but command a huge premium in the market
